The newest class in town- P2
We are so excited to start our P2 Classes in September. They’re a hybrid of Power Plate and Pilates, with 20 minutes on the Plate and 25 minutes on the Pilates equipment. Expect to move and sweat.
They are starting on Wednesday September 5th at 5.30pm and 6.30pm- you have to sign up for these classes in advance and there is a maximum of 3 people in each class.
You get the strength training benefits of Power Plate and the toning and flexibility benefits of Pilates ALL in 45 minutes.
Tell your friends and come check it out as spaces are limited. Call for more details and to sign up.
Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesdays and are $50 for a single session, $45 each for a 5 or 10 pack.
